Fun Days at Blackwater Open Farm
Get up close with adorable animals like bunnies and chicks, meet the larger residents of the farm and even milk Jessie, the farm’s model dairy cow. Kids will love the opportunity to ride toy tractors, explore the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, try the zip line and tackle the climbing frame.
The farm is fully wheelchair and buggy accessible, with free parking for both cars and coaches. On-site facilities include baby changing rooms, toilets, and indoor and outdoor picnic areas, so families can enjoy a stress-free visit no matter the weather.
Throughout the year, the farm hosts a variety of seasonal events such as Easter Eggstravaganza, Halloween Disco, birthday parties, school tours, summer camps and even dog adventure playgrounds, ensuring there’s always something new to enjoy.
When it’s time for a break, stop by the Garden Café, open from 12pm to 4pm, serving delicious homemade food including soup, salads, gourmet burgers, sourdough pizzas, toasted sandwiches and a selection of cakes, desserts, and hot or cold drinks.
