We had a really special evening at our Start of Summer Party in the Crown Quarter, as we came together to celebrate Tommy on his retirement after 20 wonderful years with us in the bar. Tommy has been such an important part of our hotel for so many years. Beyond his dedication and hard work, he has always shown genuine care for those around him, especially the many young team members he supported, guided, and encouraged along the way. His kindness, patience, and sense of humour made a difference to everyone who had the pleasure of working with him. It meant so much to celebrate this milestone together and to thank him for everything he has given over the years. Tommy, you will be truly missed by us all.
