Dog Friendly Policy at Newtown Park Hotel
A Few Things to Note Before You Book Your VIP In
• Your dog is domesticated and fully toilet trained.
• You have food and water for your dog. You understand that your dog should use his/her own bedding and is not permitted to use the couch, bed or other soft furnishings in my room as bedding.
• You understand that you will be charged a non-refundable fee of €50 for bringing your dog. You understand that additional fees may apply should your dog cause any damage.
• There is no charge to bring a service animal. However, the guest will be liable for any possible damage to the property by the service animal. License of a service dog is required on booking.
• Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room or public areas at any time.
• You agree to be present, while any member of the personnel such as Housekeeping, Room Service or Maintenance is present in the room. Room cleaning must be scheduled for a time when your dog is not in the room or the owner is present.
• You agree to keep your dog on a leash or in a dog carrier when transporting in and out of the property, for the health, safety, and concern of all other guests. If you fail to keep your dog on a leash, the property reserves the right to ask you to leave without refund.
• You agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or unusual degree of soiling caused by your dog during your stay.
• You acknowledge, that your dog has received and is current with all required immunisations and treatments (flea/tick/worming) and confirm that your dog does not have any communicable illnesses or diseases. You can produce those records if required at any time during my stay.
• You acknowledge that barking and other harmful and nuisance behaviours will not be tolerated. If there is a problem, You will be asked to kennel your dog or leave the property without reimbursement.
• You release the property from any and all liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by your dog during your stay at the property.
• You understand and agree, that the property retains the right to exclude your dog if, at the Management’s sole discretion, your dog is considered dangerous or is likely to frighten or harm other guests of the property, should your dog create any disturbances which cause complaints by other guests or personnel or if there is excessive noise disruption caused by your dog.
• You acknowledge that you will walk your dog to relieve itself on the outer perimeter of the property, away from the building facade and flower beds. You are also responsible to properly remove and dispose of any litter or waste associated with your dog.
• You acknowledge that the property accepts no responsibility for a dog or dog owner who does not follow the items listed on this waiver.
• Please ensure that you remove any excess water/mud from your dog after a walk before entering the hotel. The bathing or grooming of your dog is not permitted within the hotel.
• You agree to follow the guidelines outlined in the attached in relation to restricted Breeds.
